When your loved one has complex care needs, you need the highest level and quality of nursing. Our Kensington Suite is specially designed for residents who have especially complex nursing needs that may include traumatic brain injury care, early onset Parkinson’s or Multiple Sclerosis disease – or slow stream rehabilitation and maintenance Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy  programmes.

Our aim is to deliver the best possible service, while preserving the compassion and dignity of our residents. Our GP and other external clinical services are available to ensure that medical and associated needs are met to the highest degree.

Comfortable Living

Our highly qualified and experienced physiotherapy and occupational therapy specialists work closely with their nursing colleagues to ensure that all residents have the best possible package of care to meet those complex needs.

We have a range of dynamic activities and outings planned on a weekly basis by our activities coordinator – stimulating both body and mind to the highest levels possible.

Suite Facilities

All of our rooms are en-suite, with specialist equipment where required. Rooms are tastefully decorated and residents are encouraged to bring items of furniture or belongings to re-create a homely feel to help them settle in.  All rooms have a television, telephone and nurse call service. There is a free WiFi service throughout.

Meet the suite manager

I enjoy all aspects of my job particularly meeting the new residents and seeing how their stay with us is beneficial to them.  I enjoy my job and the daily challenges as no two days are the same.  I am always very proud of my work here and like to think that my compassion for people shines through.
