The Chiswick Nursing Centre is a 146 bedded care home based in Chiswick, London W6. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter based at our care home in Chiswick, reporting to the HR Business Partner and Centre Director. The successful applicant will have extensive recruitment experience ideally in the healthcare industry.

Main responsibilities will include: 

  • Sourcing candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
  • Writing and compelling job adverts
  • Screen CV’s and applications • Update candidates on hiring processes
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
  • Matching candidates to vacancies and ensuring they meet the relevant qualifications and experiences required
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
  • Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process
  • Working with the HR team to ensure processing of candidate pre-employment documentation prior to start date
  • Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation
  • Liaise with and maintain strong working relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Responsible for candidate management and attraction
  • Ad hoc projects as and when required to support the group

Essential requirements:

  • Previous extensive recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about healthcare industry

This is an office based role in Care Home in Chiswick, London W6.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 

Salary: £25,000 per annum.  Salary review based on performance at 6 months
